Bars and Shadows

The world around us forms by the interplay of light and darkness. When a radiant beam shines upon an object, it casts a dark shape. This phenomenon is known as casting shadows, and it's responsible for the vivid differences we see between forms in space. Bars, due to their shape, often create elongated shadows that can be quite fascinating.

Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Echoes in the Cell Block
